First in the series is Vilon (The Veil), a delicious Scotch ale replete with rich toffee malts, mild smokiness and just a hint of bourbon. Our second installment in the flavors of heaven is Shehaquim: (Clouds). It is said that this realm of heaven contains the rich sustenance of manna, the nectar of God. Herein lays the rich rewards from the gardens of heavens symbolized in two different types of honey, five different species of ripe berries, citrus and tropical fruit. Shehaquim is a sweet fresh fruit mead known to meaderies worldwide as the finest of dessert melomels. Shehaquim can be served chilled but promises to open and blossom forth on the tongue with delicate layer upon layer of berry quenching pleasantness.
